Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Should this occur, the original item must be returned before a replacement can be issued. We kindly ask that you inspect your order carefully upon arrival before removing any attached tags.

To request a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +62 821 2357 7090 within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and include the reason for your return. Returned items must reach us within 15 days from the delivery date. Items received beyond this period will not be eligible for return. Please ensure all products are unworn, have swing tags intact, and remain in their original condition.

We recommend using registered post and keeping the tracking number for your reference. Céci is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.

Please note that, due to re-import regulations in Indonesia, returns and refunds for international orders cannot be processed or issued.

Additionally, sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
